Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returned items for an exchange or store credit only. Since all of our goods are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. We'll be glad to help you find a product that suits your needs.
Making a Return or Exchange:
- Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with all original tags & or packaging.
- Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your item.
- You must contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at Info.email@example.com. All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
- After your Return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item or issued a credit for the value of the item. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you. Please note: Woodnsteel does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Woodnsteel.
We make our products to last, but we understand sometimes things just happen. We offer free repairs to any Woodnsteel product during the products lifetime. If you have an item that has a defect or needs repair please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
